Capital Region Gutters Warranty
Capital Region Gutters warrants to the Homeowner that the services for the gutter installation project (“Work”) will be provided in a good and workmanlike manner, and that the Work will be free from defects not inherent in the quality required or permitted (“Warranty”). If, within [X] year after the date of completion of the Work, any of the Work is found to be defective, Capital Region Gutters shall correct it promptly after receipt of notice from the Homeowner. The Homeowner shall give prompt notice to Capital Region Gutters upon discovery of the condition. Capital Region Gutters’ Warranty excludes remedy for damage or defect caused by abuse, accident, fire, ice/snow, acts of god, modifications not executed by Capital Region Gutters, improper or insufficient Maintenance (see below), improper operation, or normal wear and tear under normal usage. Capital Region Gutters disclaims any other warranties, implied or express, for merchantability or fitness.
It is the responsibility of the Homeowner to ensure proper debris removal from the top of the Gutter Warrior or Leaf Relief to keep it working properly (“Maintenance”). In most cases, dry debris is removed with wind as low as 6 miles per hour. If debris is wet or compressed, a minimum wind of 23 miles per hour may be required. You should check your gutters regularly for debris ([X] times per year is recommended).

Manufacturer Warranty Registration
For all PlyGem materials used on the Work, including Gutter Warrior or Leaf Relief, you should complete an Application for Warranty Registration within 30 days of completion of the Work.
